- I don't know exactly what I need. Can you still help?
- Yes — that's most of the conversations we have. Describe the problem in plain language and we'll work out what should actually be built. The prototype stage exists precisely so you can react to something concrete instead of guessing upfront.
- How does a project usually start?
- A short conversation about what you're trying to achieve. From there we write up the requirement, agree scope and timeline, and produce a concept you can review before development begins.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on scope. A focused business website sits at a very different level to a multi-role platform with payments and dashboards. Send through what you have in mind and you'll get a clear number rather than a vague range.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. On final delivery you receive the full source code and control of the accounts and infrastructure it runs on.
- Do you maintain the product after launch?
- Yes — on a retainer for ongoing development, or ad-hoc for smaller fixes and changes. Plenty of projects launch and then keep evolving.
- Can you work with our existing systems?
- Usually. We integrate with existing APIs, databases and third-party tools regularly. If something can't be integrated cleanly, we'll say so early rather than discovering it late.
